Big Bear Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Tuscarora

Called to order our subs for delivery, was stated that they were behind on orders delivery time would be an hour they lost there electricity which I can understand. So I decided to place order and pick it up. So we went to pick it up, the one sub they were wrapping and the one worker stated oh I put mayo on that to the other worker, he stated oh it's fine my fiance said does that sub have mayo on it and the worker stated yes, my fiance stated I cant have mayo on it im allergic to it, so he made a new one. When customers have allergies to certain foods or condiments that should be taken very serious. Not shrugged off. Then when we got home my sub I ordered the steak and cheese only onions and mayo on it, one half had mushrooms on it and the other half had lettuce on it. I tried to peel all the mushrooms and lettuce off, I ended up throughing it away couldn't enjoy it. Very disappointed with the whole experience we order food there often. I've always have gotten the steak and cheese hoagie but now not so sure. Sunday...

The pizza is fabulous, the delivery is an issue. i ordered a regular cheese pizza for delivery, they said it will take an hour to arrive. but you you change it to pickup it’s a 10 minute wait, that’s it. so i’m trying to figure out what in the world takes that long to deliver, if my pizza is done in 10 minutes. most the time when the pizza arrives it’s cold and the cheese isn’t even melted anymore. so i believe big bear needs to fix the delivery issue, until then im not tipping the driver for delivering a cold pizza an hour after it was made, when i live 2 miles away. also they don’t knock on your door, they put the pizza on your porch and leave. that’s BS! i use to tip 24/7....

I have normally enjoyed a good experience from Big Bears. I order a dozen wings with extra blue cheese, but last night I ordered a sheet pizza with 30 wings and the results were less than up to par. The first disappointment was that the size of their "sheet" pizza was half the size of a normal one. Secondly, all of the wings were dry. Normally, I have no problem with the wings and they are lathered in sauce, but these were bone dry. Just not worth the price overall. Paid over 50 dollars for something maybe worth 30.
