Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. They didn’t hear us say we wanted 18 and then later viciously accused us of stealing free holes from them. Course was in rough shape, owner called us various inappropriate names and was extremely rude, ever after we immediately offered to pay the difference. Owner also threatened to call my home course and report me to my pro. Never recommend this place. Would’ve gave it 0 stars if possible.
Edited after owner’s response: Now after reading their response, they just lied to their customers saying I didn’t show him my membership card. False. I showed you my card and covered up my name after you threatened to report me. You also didn’t speak to us until hole 6 where you pulled up to us asking if we paid for 18 where we said yes. You said we didn’t and we told you we were under the impression that we did and we will pay the difference since we played 18. We also paid the full 18 hole rate at our own request, after you attempted to guilt trip us calling us thieves and telling us not to pay. We also did not pull our cart into “line”. We blatantly drove past the shop to start our second 9. No scene was made as we were trying to be civil but you got upset with us after we used condescending language about the course, which is understandable. I will be having a talk to Kevin about the way you treated us, along with the several members at your course who have said you have been unpleasant at times.Don’t lie to your customers, your place is a joke if this is how you run your course. I hope people find this review helpful in showing how ill managed this place is. Learn from this as we will not be coming back again.

I showed you my membership card as well so you know I’m a member. If anyone is a “hothead” it would be you my sir. I also changed my profile picture to ensure my identity was protected as you threatened me about a report to my home course. You won’t ever know my name nor will you see me again. Read moreUntil yesterday I would have given Arrowhead 4 stars. We have been there many, many times, as a large group or small since they opened. Always had a great time, good food and especially Regina very welcoming. I made 3 T-times for 8 of our friends to play golf and dinner to celebrate a b-day. Us and another couple bought beers. They got the beers in the plastic bag with ice, then put it in their empty, small cooler so it stays cold and ice doesn't melt all over the cart.The owner came out and yelled at our friend. He saw him buy the beers but still looked in his cooler! As the others arrived and went in to buy drinks they were given a hard time. The owner didn't trust us at all and either looked out the window or stood in the parking lot watching us! He thought we had our own drinks. We did not. He stayed there until I was as the last cart to go down to T off. We were the only ones there, you would think he'd be happy to have customers playing golf and buying drinks. After we finished and my friends having issues, I went in to say sorry this happened. I hadn't said a word, only watched friends be mistreated and watched him not trust us. I didn't get a word out, he came over to me and said we need to take this outside. His behavior made people angry and all started shouting over our treatment. I never did get a word in. It's hard to be called a lier and not trusted, especially when we have been there so, so many times. So sad this happened, BUT there are other places to golf and places to eat. Read moreThe owner and employees have always been hospitable and courteous to us at arrowhead. We’ve played this course around a dozen times and never really had any problems until today. Always paid to play 18 holes even though we always left after 9 and bought beer from the clubhouse even though their coolers leak all over your golf bags (Must have to be a member to bring your own beer). There’s little to no signage hole to hole or any sort of cart path for a course with 9 congested holes. Tee boxes are hard and bare from years of being in the same spots. We were told that we parked way too close to the green on hole #8 when we parked on the front edge of the pond towards hole #7 to chip/putt. Had a mower following/idling around us for the entirety of hole 6 and 7 during the middle of the day(not the first time). Was also told not to drive acrossed the fairways unless at 90 degree angles because it’s been so dry but I don’t think I’ve ever seen sprinklers on even though there’s holes for them right at the front of the greens. No ball hunting policy and rarely ever balls for sale at the bar so bring extras incase your drive looks like mine. You get...
