As I entered reginatos it had been a long time since I had dined there. So there were some obvious changes and upgrades and updates to the dining area. I along with my wife and my young daughter sat in the entrance of reginaldo for 8 minutes before I looked at my wife instead to more minutes and were leaving eze wait staff a very unhappy wait staff walked by me and did not address me ask if I was being helped or ask if I had a reservation no communication whatsoever. Then a young man blond hair I forget his name came over nast if I was being helped was the 1st time I had seen him. After that he said let me get a table . He then disinfected a table gotta settings for 3 addressed us and seated us period from then Forward the horrible experience that I had walking into and waiting there to be recognised addressed or even spoken to was turned around by the superior service and excellent attention to detail from the Young gentleman who waited on me last Friday night. The food was delicious the portions were appropriate. The drinks were made well not overport or too strong. The ambience was and is what it is. But if going there the young gentleman with the ponytail almost seemed business he was angry that customers were there. The tall thin gentleman with blond hair was excellent as a waiter. He made the whole experience pleasant. And because of him I will go back once more. The other thing was that I should note to the staff. We can hear you when you complain about customers while are in the kitchen. Whoever the young girl was that called customers ignorant for not having a reservation. In was referring to the people that walked out before us you need to lower your voice next time because we heard the whole...
Read morei dont know if i came on a bad day but my experience was not good. My mom and i walked in the door, then another door. we seen people but no one came up to us for a while. Finally someone came up and said "do you have reservations" we said no then walked away for 10 minutes. we were seated i have to say the Place itself is beautiful ,amazing looking! the waitress was kinda nice? but throughout the time we were there she rarely checked on us which was over an hour and a half. it took forever for our salad and then our meal. i had the tortellini. they tasted good but the whole dish maybe had a table spoon of sauce on it? i was going to ask for more sauce but the waitress never came back. so my mom said 'You can take some of my sauce from her dish so i did. the other big problem was where we were seated there was a drop going into the room right behind me.so every time a busboy or waiter came behind me it felt like an earthquake. im not exaggerating. im from out of town but the feeling of the place is that its new ,meaning ownership.like they haven't worked the bugs out yet. Or it could be the big fish in a small pond but i was not impressed. i wanted to...
Read moreBeautiful inside. Very busy night tonight and the staff worked hard to make it seem as though you were the most important ones there. I didn't feel rushed, pressured to move along quickly, or at all holding anything up despite their crowded and constant night. The food was wonderful. I had the gnocchi Bolognese which was outstanding. The gnocchi was soft, almost creamy, not dense, chewy and heavy. The sauce was rich, hearty, and the slightest bit sweet. The house salad was a little sad. Mostly lettuce, a single carrot disc, a cherry tomato cut in half and two rings of onion. The house dressing was not your standard basic Italian dressing but was a bit thicker, not quite creamy, and helped the sad salad. Despite this, I give 5 stars. I didn't really mind the lackluster salad because the portion and quality of the main dish greatly made up for it. While this isn't inexpensive, each meal is priced well. Nice staff, great meal and a beautiful setting. Definitely worth a...
