Yuan Fu — Restaurant in Town of Wallkill

1 star is being generous. The food was horrible, not edible. The chicken & broccoli were over cooked and no taste. The white rice was mush....1st time i have ever experienced bad white rice from a Chinese restaurant. The fried rice was horrible and also mush. Im not sure what type of rice they use bc it is much smaller than typical. Egg roll tasted like straight grease. The hot and sour soup was nasty, too much cornstarch and they use BBQ sauce. Chicken wings have some wierd batter on them. Threw away entire order except for the lomein. I would not recommend this restaurant at all. I definitely WILL NOT eat food from this establishment again even if it were free. I'm not sure how they are even in business. There are way better...

This is primarily a takeout Chinese restaurant. They do have seating however if you want to eat in, but it's quite hot in the summer from all of the cooking & very cold in the winter, to the point where the employees that aren't cooking wear coats. I almost always order by phone ahead of time & anything that normally comes with an appetizer that I tell them I don't want, they don't put it in. The dishes are good although they never make my husband's general Tsao's chicken as spicy as he would like. By far and I mean by far the worst Chinese food I have ever tried , the rice is horrible , no vegetables no nothing. Service is pathetic and the guy that takes your order is always rude , I tried asking for shrimp or pork to be added on my rice and the guy didn’t budge and gave me plain yellow rice.
