South Shore Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Town of Walworth

Always check your receipt from here, unfortunately :( We were disappointed in ordering a pizza to go from this bar. The prices on their fb page are not accurate, which they use as their website. When we picked up the pizza, the bartender tried to charge over $3 above the listed price on their fb, when she spoke with the manager, they said to honor it. When she rang up the total again, it still came up to $3 more again. She showed us a dine in menu in defense (for some reason), it had the same lower fb price! All was said in regards to that, was the menu was "old"... they did end up honoring the price, but there was a 0.50c charge for the pizza box? Really? The pizza itself, was not good. It had no flavor and was just bland! It honestly tasted like tombstone. As far as the actual bar, they do a good job. Drinks are made right and usually pretty fast. Ambiance is typical Southern Wisconsin bar. If visiting South Shore Bar, I recommend getting a burger or sandwich as opposed to the pizza. And...

My wife and I randomly stopped here on a car cruise on a Sunday afternoon. We found the Google reviews solid for the area so we stopped. The bartender was really friendly and nice. We didn't catch his name but he went over the menu and told us what the specials were. It's a cozy Wisconsin sports bar with a huge menu. They have an AMI jukebox, dartboard, cardboard crack machine (pull tabs), and plenty of locals conversating at the bar. They have several gambling machines too. There are tables to the right as you walk in just in case right at the bar isn't your mood. We both got bacon cheeseburgers which I think was a half pound of meat. I went in there with my aunt on one of my rare Fridays off. A waitress told us it would be a "short wait" for a table. There was a long, 6 - 8 person table half empty, but the waitress didn't want to "split it," so we waited about 5 minutes. A table opened up, and the waitress said it would be ready in a couple of minutes. We waited another 5 minutes for her to clean in.
