Tommy's Roadhouse Saloon — Restaurant in Town of Warren

Had a great night on Thursday with Chris the owner who was extremely customer service orientated and fun to hang out with. We had such a good time we recommended it to our 20+ friends coming up for the weekend and had planned on spending a lot of money there all weekend long. Went there the next day and the bar was empty besides ONE other gentleman...came in for a fish fry and received some of the most offending customer service I’ve ever received. We all ordered fish fry’s and somewhere along the way one order was messed up. Whether the order was put in wrong or our friend said the wrong thing the reaction we received from sherry the waitress was absolutely appalling. She accused one of our friends of eating another friends meal instead of offering to replace or remake the meal that was incorrect. She was blatantly rude and extremely aggressive towards our group. We even stated that we would pay for the wrongly made meal but can we please have a replacement and she just kept accusing our friend of ordering wrongly. In addition, the wife of the owner was incredibly rude and dismissive and acted as if we were an inconvenience being in the bar. Her poor attitude and disgust towards are group made us feel extremely uncomfortable. After stating that we felt extremely uncomfortable and would like to leave and get our checks, the owner told one member of our group to not return for the rest of the weekend because she didn’t want to deal with us (aka well paying customers). Although the food was ‘decent’ the service was horrendous!! I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. If I could give this restaurant no stars at all I gladly would. Our waitress was rude and acted as though any questions about the menu/food/drinks were an inconvenience. We came in with a group of fourteen people including six teenagers/kids. While we were waiting on a few people to finish eating, more beers and our check we were approached by a female bartender. She told us that we needed to leave because “she doesn’t get paid to watch kids sit on their phones”. Good luck getting paid by being so rude! How can we leave when we haven’t even received our check?! She told us we were taking up a table that had been reserved. If the table was reserved why sit a large party at it when the rest of the restaurant was open? No more...

Horrible experience. Arrived to watch end of Packer game, family along with as we were passing through. Was told we couldn’t sit at the bar and the Packer snacks were for adults at the bar only. We couldn’t have any because we had kids and needed to sit in the back of the restaurant. No one came to take our order, we had to go up to the bar, no drinks even water were offered to us or our kids. We had to bus our own table and no one came to ask if we needed anything. Three other patrons and a dog in the bar one would think the bar tender could come to our table to check on us once during our time there.
