BackWoods Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Town of Wascott

This review is strictly about their service this past weekend. We rolled in around 8 on Friday night. The place was stupid busy. Within 10 minutes the owner greeted us and said food was about 90 minutes. We said that was okay, so he suggested we get a round up at the bar because the server was swamped. The bartender was prompt and also warned us of the wait time for food. We only had a few sips from our drinks and were greeted by our server. She took our order, added our drinks to our tab, and was incredibly attentive for how busy it was. Our food came out faster than expected and it was delicious. These were "brisket tacos" from backwoods. Iceberg lettuce, tomato on one of them, no cheese, no onion, cold meat. All cold. My son ate one to be a good sport but gave up because it was really just an iceberg taco. It had BBQ sauce on the side but somehow that would make this even worse. Wife's steak sandwich was raw and had a tendon running down the middle making it impossible to eat in a sandwich. $75 tab and nobody was happy. Waitress was awesome along with her tattoo's. She turned on Chicago NASCAR race for us. When we ordered food she said it was going to be awhile but we didn't think it would be over an hour. We finally had to get it to go and when we got home the order was wrong. Also one of the people in our group found a bottle cap in the bottom of his coke. During this whole thing they only took his coke off the bill. So disappointed in this visit. Will NEVER eat there again. Also 3 in our group live there and will definitely talk about it.
