Marsh's View Point Resort — Restaurant in Town of Wascott

We had a totally different experience than Meghan E. We are not locals either. We were waited on right away, and it was a full house. We ordered drinks and food, which were delivered right to us. While eating, the bar played 6-5-4. Anyone in the bar can play, and they bring the dice to your table. When we were done eating, they came and cleared the dishes. So all in all, the service was great, the food was good, the prices are great, the bar game was fun. We all (6 of us) had a great time...

We came there from 4 wheeling. 1st thing-Owner came by in his truck and chit chatted and thanked us for coming. 2nd-SUPER packed! Not even enough seats for everyone BUT the 2 lady bartenders were working their butts off! 6 drinks and 2 orders of fries and in a timely manner and with smiles on their faces! 3rd-woman bringing out food orders was awesome And 4th-one of the “regulars” was helping clean tables and more! Not being paid! THE PLACE IS GREAT! Awesome job...

The customer service here is, by far, the worst I have ever experienced. If you aren’t a local, they discriminate against you. They also make you serve yourself the food - it sits in the bar and they pound on the window for you to come get it. Apparently, they also expect you to clean your own plates. I would receive better customer service at a fast food restaurant. Do not support this poorly run establishment! You will be treated so...
