D Bar & Resort — Restaurant in Town of Washington

This is the worst bar in Chippewa County. My girlfriend, 2 friends, and I are 23 years old. We were kicked out of the bar for having “fake ids”. Keep in mind, these ids were issued to us by the great state of Wisconsin DMVs. I understand the right to refusal of service, but the fact that this bartender took our ids, handed it back over the bar to her friends, and asked if they were fake is ridiculous. By the way, 3 out of 3 of her friends said out IDs were real....

Great bar, good folks and reasonable prices. But....when there is a crowd there (usually Fri/Sat afternoon) it can be so loud you literally have to shout to make yourself heard to anyone sitting 2 ft. away which just adds further to the decibal level which in turn leads to even louder shouting. Just my personal opinion: big mistake when a metal ceiling was installed. It looks fine but it'd be hard to find a less sound...

Bar great, and employers. Could use more piers ! Had to park in a death trap luckily only bruised and skinned up a bit. . I know that's our fault. But more piers before more cabins :) rates reasonable. Very nice place. Will go back but only if enough...
