I ordered a cheesesteak with onions on a sub roll for pickup up. The sandwich was pretty good. The meat was really good quality. It was like a rib meat and was really soft and tender. You can tell it was fresh and not the frozen crap other delis typically use. The bread wasn't that great at all. It was soft and not what I would expect, being that they charge a really high price. I don't think I'll come back due to the astronomical price of $17.50. I've had a cheesesteak at one of the best spots in Philly and it was $20, but it was also twice the size, double the meat, and the bread was fresh from the bakery with a crisp outer shell and a soft inside. The service here was blah. I wasn't greeted when I approached the counter or asked if I needed help. I was also told I was supposed to get some homemade chips with the sandwich. I'm not sure if this is true.

Location, decor, and vibe move this to 4 stars instead of 3. The food is decent comfort food, but lacks much creativity or pizazz. The “special” salad which was highlighted by the waitress was a bed of romaine with some cherry tomatoes, olives, feta, and 3 shrimp. It’s the kind of salad that would easily come out of someone’s refrigerator supplies. Grilled cheeses, burgers, basics are all good but the food is not remarkable. The beer list was misleading because one of the posted selections had been tapped. The little store is cute and great for a takeaway lunch, but the beer cave is lacking high end or much local selection for the niche place it could be. We enjoyed our meal and would likely go back, but has some areas for improvement.

AMAZING... Atmosphere, menu selection, choice of beers. Extremely friendly and attentive staff! Service is excellent, and the prices are reasonable considering the high-quality you receive. Visit their website and Facebook pages to see their menu and daily specials. This is our favorite local restaurant for that "special occasion" when you want to treat yourself and family to dining that is a "cut above". Be sure to visit the inside market, adjacent to the restaurant, stocked with a nice selection of home made treats, and local sourced items! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 😎

Held my daughter’s Bridal Shower at Masons. It was a BEAUTIFUL day. Everyone was upstairs on the porch. Environment was the perfect setting for an unforgettable day. Everyone was pleasantly impressed with the tasty sandwiches, wraps, salads, chips, desserts and drinks. Many attendees commented on the quaint atmosphere of the place. Plus I must compliment Julie and her staff Neha for being on top of their game. THANK YOU for hosting a perfect bridal shower.

First time here and I am only sad that it took me so long to discover this hidden gem. My all time favorite is the Reuben sandwich and this place has the best Reuben I have had in a long time. It was spot on. Homemade chips and pickles rounded out the plate. Soup today was Cheddar broccoli which I usually avoid because it can be very thick and too cheesy, but here it was perfectly balanced and had a beautiful consistency. Definitely recommend this place!
