Original post: I wish I could rate 0 stars. We asked the server basic questions and each time she had to check with her manager (amounted to about 6 back and forths before we could order). One of my questions had to do with what was on the special, she got the ingredients wrong, and I asked for the sandwich without the bread and cheese. I also asked for a side of green beans, another question because it was a broccoli and green bean mix, but she said she could just scoop out the green beans.

When the food came, after a ridiculously long wait time, I received the full sandwich. I told them this wasn't what I ordered and the manager did not want to remake the meal for me. I told them that I was very clear up front and she had to go in the back. After coming back she said they could do it. Everyone finished their meal when I got mine out, it had the wrong items on it (the first waitress got the ingredients wrong), but I ate it anyway. I also reminded them of the vegetables I ordered. She went to the back and got the vegetables (that cost $4 because they wouldn't sub veggies for fries) and to my dismay there was 1 green bean in a cup filled with broccoli. I can't eat broccoli but based on their unwillingness to help earlier and the fact that it took hours to get what we had, I ate the one green bean.

i'd never been here before, never ate the food or anything but I'm giving 5 stars across the board! I'm an ubereats driver and picked up a delivery today, the man behind the counter who helped me asked me how busy it (uber) was today and how hot it was outside and if i was doing alright. as I'm trying to make the uber shut up for a second (its been busy and another potential order was popping up) i told the gentleman that I'd started about an hour or so prior and that it was just starting to get busy but yes it was hot outside and i was doing okay. he then told me to take a water out of the beverage cooler, to which i replied thanks but i had no money. he insisted i take one anyway and not to worry about paying. i asked if he was sure and he insisted again. i cant thank this man enough for his kindness!!
