We've been coming to The Caberet for years. We have had SO much fun and made great memories...until this year. I am still in shock on how the bartender (Jessy) treated our group on Friday, 7/25. As someone who has worked in the bar industry, I know how it can be a frustrating job. But this was unbelievable. From the moment we arrived, it was terrible. She shamed our friend when he went to buy a round. She snapped at him that he wasn't ordering drinks fast enough, yelled at him to "not touch the drinks" she prepared until she rang them in. When he asked to start a tab, her reply was "that would have been nice to know" as if he's supposed how her point of sale system works. The abusive service continued from there. No one greeted us, glanced at us, Nothing. So I said, well, let's go, obviously they don't care about our business. So we went to Voyager clubhouse to eat and were greeted...
Read moreIssues with one woman behind the bar having an issue with my cardiac alert, mobility, and PTSD service dog, this woman insisted she stay under the table and not get up to alert at all. My service dogs alert is her putting her feet on my leg and pressing on my chest with her head to do pressure therapy without me sitting on the floor with my legs blocking her from the walk way so she isn't a tripping hazard. My service dog never touches the table. This woman is very hostile, this is third time she has done this to me. The last time i was here she got in my face even though I said my dog is actively tasking for my heart condition she came up a second time with the same complaint. I won't be...
