Webb Lake Tavern — Restaurant in Town of Webb Lake

This bar is conveniently located along Wisconsin’s beautiful ATV trails. This makes it seem like a great place to stop while on the trail. WRONG!!!!! Regardless, of how many ATV you see in front of the place. YOUR NOT WANTED!!!! I’d give zero stars for service if I could. This place doesn’t want trail riders! We visited mid day Saturday, with a group out for a ride having a bachelor party. . We had multiple bartenders in the group so we were patient and respectful. The bartender (some crotchety old man) did not want to serve us and he Wouldn’t serve us. Gave us 1 drink and Told Us “It Has to Be Beer”. His words!!!! No exaggerating here. ^^^^^^ The bar wasn’t busy, there were a handful of others that he had no problem serving. Too bad, It’s a beautiful place in a good location. THIS BAR DOES NOT WANT OUTSIDERS. It’s too bad for the owner… NO telling how many others that have been chased away by the judgements of an old man. I have no idea how the food is…. He wouldn’t serve us. Burger=Awesome. Fettuccini=Fair. Service=POOR! Took an hour to get our food at 8pm. Fettuccini was to come with a salad and roll. No salad because they were out of lettuce but didn’t bother to tell us until the meal came. No roll and no explanation. Offered our friends coleslaw. They agreed. I did not and was not asked or interested yet she brought it and charged us. Had to make 3 trips to get 4 sets of silverware. Had to ask for ice water multiple times just to get the initial drink. When a member of our group said he wanted water instead of another beer, waitress tosses hands in the air and shouts “Whatever” with an eye roll. Our bills were incorrect so we asked for them to be fixed. Kristin, very dramatically, took them back and huffed saying she would fix. Ordered the fish fry fish on Friday evening. The fish came, took one bite and it was raw inside. The waitress took it back and had it cooked thoroughly. When it came to getting the tab, the waitress said that the manager would give me a 10% discount which equal $1.50 off my meal for it not being properly cooked. When getting the check in hand, the waitress Informed us that The manager would do nothing for us since they took it back and re-cooked it for us. She didn’t even bother to come to the table to apologize. So with that, I guess that if I would’ve eaten it raw I would have gotten the 1.50 off my meal. But instead, I waited 20 more minutes while the rest of my party ate their food and I got absolutely nothing taken off the bill. With that said, I will never step foot in that...
