Costanza Sausage Retail Store — Restaurant in Town of Webster

I’m extremely disappointed to have to change my long-standing 5-star review to a 1-star. My family has been going to Costanza’s for years and we’ve never once had an issue — until today.

There were two cashiers, and both skipped over me twice, calling people behind me instead. I understand they were calling those who got items from the sausage cooler, but all of the roughly 8 people behind me had done the same. At this point, how many people are allowed to cut the line just because they picked up some sausage or bacon?

If grabbing something from the cooler means you can jump ahead, then what’s the point of having a line at all? What if I went and got something from the self serve cooler? Would I suddenly get priority too?

This experience was frustrating, felt unfair, and honestly, it left a bad taste in my mouth. I expect better from a place I’ve supported...

Excellent selection of unique sausage flavors that rotate on a regular basis. It's tough to pick a favorite but I especially like the garbage plate sausage. If you are looking for "regular" sausage flavors, they always have the mild and hot Italian sausages available, and they always have a selection of chicken sausages and various German style sausages available as well. They have good fresh rolls from a local bakery and a huge selection of sauces and various Yancey's fancy cheeses and other unique locally made food items for sale. I eat jalapenos and habaneros everyday, at this point they just taste like regular peppers... So my wife brings home this 2 pack of reaper sausage for me. I throw them on the grill and every time I open the lid to flip em it's like I've been maced. I managed to eat both and the next morning I was actually pissing fire. Hands down spiciest sausage I've ever had, delicious. Also really like the BBQ flavor sausage, it's sweet, but not as salty as the Korean BBQ.
