Alchemy Brewing Company — Restaurant in Town of Wells

Stopped by Alchemy Brewing when I was on a trip in Sparta. Small place with lots of great drink options and fantastic burgers and cheese curds! Staff was very nice and the food was delicious. I ordered quite a bit because I had been out hiking and had a craving for one of their burgers. Along with the burger, I ordered fries and cheese curds. Best burgers we have ever had! We had thought about swinging by for years and just never did. I wish we would have tried it so much sooner. The food is INCREDIBLE all the way around. We had burgers, fries and cheese curds (dipped in caramel sauce, I know it sounds weird but trust me) all were mind blowingly good! The staff is super friendly and does a great job. Had live music which kept the attention of my 2 year old and she was dancing the night away. 10/10 would recommend this place to everyone who wants amazing food at very reasonable prices. They were pretty busy when I stopped, but the staff was was very efficient and friendly so there wasn't any wait. Great location with plenty of parking. They have a pool table and shuffleboard inside and nice seating area outside with an area set up for playing cornhole. They have a mix of their own brews and guest brews. I enjoyed the few I tried. I also had a crispy chicken sandwich with seasoned fries. Both were really good and the fries were some of the best I've had recently. The only downside was that they were out of cheese curds, but I guess that just means another visit...
