(Update... So this is my second review and clearly they have changed somethings and I will say my experience yesterday was absolutely wonderful!!! Great Service and outstanding food who could ask for more!! I highly recommend and I absolutely will be returning!!! ) Waitress are always messing up everything! First I witnessed a lady standing behind me waiting for a preorder and three workers came to the front and never once acknowledged either of us and the lady behind me finally went to the bags on the counter and checked them and when another employee came to the front again she said I've been standing here a long time just to pick up an order I placed with with you all over the phone and then said I'm sure it's this one right here pointing to one of the bags on the counter. The one worker girl checked the bag and looked at her and said I'm sure that it's not and walked away. She came back to the front with another worker guy and said she is looking for an order she placed over the phone and the guy pointed at the bag that the other girl said was not the lady's order and said it's this one right here and the lady who placed the order then said I told you! After she paid and left they finally asked me if they could assist me and I told them I called and also placed an order for three and told them the three meals I had ordered they then told me to hold on and went to the back only to come back 3 mins later to tell me I had to wait bc they only made 2 meals of my order and never made the 3rd one! I was in complete disbelief as there was no one there and yet three workers roaming around in circles following each other around like puppies! I later in the month decided to give the place another shot by taking my family here and after ordering one of my family members took one bite of his burger and was so unhappy and said it tasted awful like a burger you would get from a 7-11 and heat up in a microwave. We called the waiter over and informed them of the situation and he explained that he was not going to eat it and that it was that bad and the waiter asked if he would like something else to fix the mistake/ issue! He then choose another meal the same price value and when we all packed up to leave on the receipt they tried to charge us for 4 meals! The waiter said the cook said he could not replace the meal that he himself made horribly! We then proceeded to ask why would you offer to serve him a new meal to replace the bad food and then try and charge us for horribly made food with out explaining that you would be charging us for the new meal and the uneaten garbage meal and he couldn't answer! So much stuttering and piss poor customer service we were blown away! I would not at all recommend anyone to this place and would absolutely recommend many other wonderful places to get great service and amazing food! I...

Very good food. I stopped at 4 in the afternoon when there was no patrons to try the tres asada tacos. I was impressed with the unique serving of the rice and beans in their own little tortilla shell dish. Like a miniature taco salad fried bowl. I liked that a lot. I had a soft drink and the waitress brought my drink and a complimentary basket of tortilla chips and a very mild salsa. So mild I ended up dousing it with the red habanero sauce in a bottle at the table. That was pretty much the last I saw of the waitress. Me being the only customer in the place, I thought she would have come back and check on me to refill my drink or see how the chips and salsa were. She brought my tres tacos out and I dug in. The choice of either fried flour or corn tortilla is on the dish in the menu and I waited for the waitress to show herself again to clarify I wanted the corn tortilla. But she didn’t show until the plate arrived and I didn’t say anything at that point. It was flour. I ate it anyway. It was fine. Next time I won’t forget to be specific when ordering. She didn’t come back. I finished my drink long before the food was gone so I just chewed ice until I got through the meal. Then I waited for my bill and figured I’d get a drink to wash everything down when the bill came. She didn’t bring that out either. So I finally got up and walked to the front and found another employee. The guy had seated me. I asked if I should pay him and he said wait. So I did. He finally brought my waitress back out from wherever she had been hiding this whole time. I paid and I left. I want to go back but what will service be like when there are more than one paying...

We got there with one other person in the restaurant, the waitress seemed new as another employee kept telling her information. We sat ordered drinks and chips and salsa came out. Pretty decent but not enough for the table we had, then our drinks were all empty we had to ask for refills. Food came out one order was wrong, waitress noticed and took it in the back to make it right. Good was pretty good, fresh, hot tasty. Price for 5 people was $74, 2 of those were kids, oh yeah no kids menu…. A long drive home (Buffalo) was painful as all of us had to use the rest room! Over all I wouldn’t go back, food was ok, pricey and went right through us. Service was not good at all. I do understand that people don’t want to work now so finding help is hard but we couldn’t tell if she was new or just...
