Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Westmoreland

First noticed that place was sort of dingy looking, cluttered counter and uncleared dishes in several seats. The air didn't smell delicious like a donut shop should smell but smell was like old basement a definitely wet mildly mildew smell not pleasing at all... I was even more disappointed with the nearly empty case, the selection was not good, no custard or jelly no chocolate or fritters the remaining trays had 1-3 donuts and only trays that had 5 or more were fingers and powered filled ... I managed to get my dozen but was very disappointed in the choice available. I would give it NO stars if it were possible. I went through the drive thru. They were very rude. They didn’t give me my receipt and they screwed up my whole order. I called and the person I talked to asked me if I could come back. I told her I couldn’t come back at that time. That is why I was calling. So she offered to write my name down so I can come back when I have time. I came back today. The lady was VERY rude and unprofessional. She told me they don’t do that and without a receipt there is nothing she can do. She made me feel as if I was crazy. I would NOT recommend going to this Dunkin! I don’t normally write reviews but this needs to be said. The people inside do not care about their job or atleast that is what it seems like. No matter how many times we go over the order or even if I order online there is always somthing wrong or my bacon is under cooked or my food is filled with grease. I understand occasional mistakes but I have been coming pretty frequently and have found that the same service happens no matter what. The workers are nice and willing to fix the problems but it takes up time and makes going to Dunkin for a quick breakfast a waste because it ends up taking...
