Edit!!!! They charged me $105 more than their online catering menu shows!! And when I called and talked to the owner/manager all he did was talk over me and try to educate me on how much eggs, milk and lettuce costs!! When I placed my order the first thing I asked was “are your prices up to date for your online catering” ? I was told “yes they are”!!! They also took it upon themselves to charge my card $60 for a tip…for cooking my food that WE picked up!! He told me his “website guy” hasn’t updated his prices and he’s been waiting at least a year. But they tell you their prices are accurate on line!! Nice way to rip someone off that’s giving you their business. Example… full pan antipasto shows $40 online…they charged me $80!!! So below is my first review…no their prices are NOT reasonable but you don’t know this until you look at your receipt because they lie and tell you prices are accurate online when clearly they charge you what ever is on your receipt…because I don’t know where they have their NEW prices displayed!? So beware before you think about going here for your catering needs. An apology goes a long way but he’d rather talk over you and belittle you when you call to try to resolve an issue. Horrible customer service…No apology, no trying to rectify…NOTHING!!
Catering Menu….I ordered large trays of food to serve about 25 people and everything was excellent! Many people also commented on how delicious everything was. Of course I ordered more than everyone could eat but that just means leftovers to enjoy at home! Price was very reasonable and they expressed their appreciation for giving them the opportunity to serve us. Highly recommend! Extremely satisfied! Not any longer!! Read moreStopped in for a slice on my lunch break. Drove back to work and opened the box to find a bunch of metal shavings in there. When I called to tell them, I was told, "I'll let them know" I said, "I don't have time to come back because I'm on my lunch break, but is there anything you can do about it?" They hung up on me. I don't have time to find an alternate lunch. Needless to say, I only went to HOB because Francos was closed, but I won't be buying anything here again. Your staff doesn't apologize for a literal hazard, nor did they offer to refund a $6 slice of pizza.

I drove back to my work and opened the box, like I said earlier I WAS ON MY 30 MIN LUNCH BREAK and literally did not have time to drive back to you. My husband is a machinist, I am quite familiar with what metal shavings look like. I ordered from the online menuu, 1/2 tray of chicken Riggins to take to a party. The menu price was $40. When I picked up, I was told it was $65! I paid ot because I was literally on my way to party. Today I stopped in to register my displeasure and was treated very poorly by the owner. He Saud he sent the change to the people who do his website and it'd not his fault it wasn't changed and if I'd asked for a price I would have known. Why would I ask for a price when it was clearly $40 on the menu. I asked what he could do to make it right and he nothing. It was my problem.
