China Panda — Restaurant in Town of Wheatland

I stumbled onto this restaurant while enjoying a Sunday outing with my family. The food was satisfactory (note: not stellar, just satisfying) and I brought it home to eat. My family ordered from somewhere else. The next time I ordered, same circumstances, I ordered for the entire family because they wanted to try the restaurant. The bill came to ~$60.00. We brought it home. My son asked if they applied the 10% (which would have came to approximately a $6.00 credit) incentive they advertise on their circular. I looked at the receipt and realized they did not. So, I called to find out why and was told that I had to mention it when ordering. I apologized for the oversight and asked could they apply the credit. The manager blatantly said “No”. Needless to say, I would not be purchasing from this restaurant again. It’s not the $6.00 that concerns me, it’s the fact that they advertise an incentive and they do not automatically apply it to orders. It is their incentive, why should the responsibility be on...

I have been going to this restaurant for a while and the food is still very good but since the covid 19 and the restaurant set up the drive thru the food has been cut down quit a bit and the person that is cooking the food now is not as good as the other cook. I have ordered 3 times since the pandemic started and each time something was missing from the meal.They used to be very good about getting the order correct but now they don't seem to care of what they are giving you especially the young person that they have cooking now. It's a shame that I don't want to go back there because of this because the food is good but not what it was.I guess I do not have a Chinese restaurant to...

So, I tried this place out because its just few minutes from my house. Terrible food. Everything smells like Cambells chicken noodle soup and tastes like its slathered in rancid oil. How people say this is even decent food is beyond me. If your gonna spend your about 10-20 bucks on chinese food at least spend it on decent chinese food. Theres another place over on East Henrietta road called "Bamboo Garden" thats way more worth your money and the drive since neither delivers. OR if you don't even want to drive that far theres a "China Garden" right on the corner of thruway and west henrietta rd that delivers. I can't even finish this food....
