This place is an enjoyable atmosphere, all the new redesign and a fresh look is beautiful, HOWEVER, with that said the food does NOT reflect the same. Paper menu gave the feel of a five-n-dime feel and it's down hill from there. Ordered the spinach and artichoke dip, it should be called the cheese and grease bowl. I spent nearly 5 minutes trying to drain the grease from this dish, once I got part of it I thought I'd try it, it was so overly cheese it fell in grease clumps back into the bowl. Let me just say any place we go out to eat and offers spinach and artichoke dips I get it, this was the worst I ever had. Ordered the steak, medium rare, nope it was cooked fully, asked for the season vegetables, it was zucchini/summer squash and red onions, cooked. I would expect a chef to know that you DON'T, or shouldn't cook red onion, they turn gray and the taste is less desired. On the plate with the steak was over cook 2 pieces of spinach, sorta slimy, with 3 cooked cherry tomatoes 🤷‍♀️. The other order we had was chicken fingers, hot, they were huge 5/6 of them and quite tender. Apparently the chef can cook only bar food. Drinks are reasonably priced and the staff is very personable, friendly and they do their very best at making your dining experience enjoyable. Our waitress was nice, quick and accommodating. Ok. The food was good, I give them that, but I will never ever stay there again! It was the worse experience I have ever had at a hotel. Besides the restaurant, they also have a bar. Right about the time we were ready to go to bed, the party in the bar ramped up and the patrons were raising cane, hooting, hollering, and kept us up all night! We really wanted to open the windows because there wasn’t any AC and the room was hot as hell, but the partying on the patio was so ridiculous it was like they were in our room with us. So, if you’re going to have a bar in close proximity to your rooms, where you let the party get loud and rowdy, don’t have a hotel, or close it down at a decent time so people can sleep, that is what they paid for! Strike three, the water temperature fluctuates so badly, taking a shower was a joke. If you can get the temperature adjusted, don’t let it fool you, it may become scalding hot or ice cold...

Food was great. Service was awful. Our waitress had to be the worst waitress i have ever encountered. My dad ordered coffee 20 mins later he got it and it smelled like it had been sitting there for 3 days and trying to get the waitress's attention to get a fresh cup forget it! Every time she came to the table i thought she was going to throw the food down on the table she just couldn't be bothered with the 5 of us. I'm not sure what the ketchup situation there is but we watched 2 bottles in the dining room bounce from table to table to table to table. Every time someone asked for ketchup they went to a table asked if they were done with it and took it to a table near by really??? I'll be honest i really for the first time thought about leaving no tip at all but ended up leaving 10% for the terrible service. If your living off your tips i suggest a new career or put a big fake act on at work else your going to...
