Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Tracy

My son and I went here like we do often after I pick him up, its suppose to be a happy sweet escape instead today we order a side of gummie worms and bears and the girl informs us it was going to be extra the moment he gets it it accidentally falls all over their floor than she proceeds to replace it and says I have to pay twice, I am not sure what kind of customer service is being ran but I was told I had to pay for candy that had not been eaten and was still in their store, she tells me the moment it left her hand it was no longer theirs and I had to pay for it she had not rang us up or anything so I asked her, what if we don't want any of it because we don't like their service and leave the icecream and everything right on their table and walked out than what?? My son started getting teary eyes and he's a baby what kind of lesson is being thought about no kind of care at all. I won't be going back I can't give my money to a company who is going to be this heartless and cheap, they're already over charging it's a scoop can go to the store and get a lot for icecream and they are always out of the strawberry cheesecake icecream and I've been asking 3x now on 3 different stop there. It's not right. He had attitude of defeat when we left and wouldn't even get out the car when we got home. Thanks for breaking his little spirit, hope you guys are happy you safe .79 cents....

I have shared pictures from yesterday, i.e., 18th September 2024 . I bought 3 ice cream boxes. One was pre packed, and 2 had to be filled by the staff. As you can see in the pictures,the staff packed bix is not filled up properly. There is still so much bandwidth left to accommodate more ice cream for the money they charge. Whereas the pre packed box is filled till the throat. On top of that, I took kids scoop, and they charged me for a single scoop . I never check my bill, but thank god yesterday, i did and asked for $1 refund. The 2 girls were rude in their tone and expression.

The annoying points yesterday were -

1. overcharging
2. rude behaviors
3. less packaged iceream for which they charge $14...

30 min+ wait. One 12 year old working, very rude. Another 12 year old walking around on their phone on break (I think) in the lobby. Anybody that wants to buy cartons of ice cream gets serviced before people waiting to order. Get to order and I’m told there’s no ice cream, they are “running low”. No chocolate, vanilla, or cookies and cream. Employees should be fired. Place should be shut down for false advertisement. ...
