This restaurant was a nice place to sit and eat. They have a very large menu with many options and choices. The food came quickly and was hot. The portions were good and we both were full when we left with some leftovers. The guacamole dip was decent but average. The margs were very good and good sized. The salsa was really good as were the chips. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the portions. They do have some very good vegetarian options on the menu. The service was good with the waiters making sure we were taken care of, until it was time to pay. Took them awhile to check us out. I had a burrito, enchilada and hard shell taco. The burrito was so salty I couldn't eat it. Honestly, it was all very bland and tasteless. My husband had ordered a ribeye. What came was a flank steak, huge difference in meat! The menu choices were so many that we had to tell them 3 times we weren't ready to order. There are unique things on their menu, like cactus, prawns, octopus, but they really need to cut their menu by 2/3s. I cant imagine how they can make any profit with stocking all that seafood and other exotic foods, they can only last so long even frozen. It is so nice when you find a place like this in a small town. La Terraza in Traer has me hooked !!
