I’m in Virginia Beach, Va and somehow this app sent my order all the way to this store. When I called to let them know “Ayo there’s been a mistake and I need to be refunded” the manager said “there’s nothing I can do because it’s an online order”. After insisting there was nothing he can do for about 5 minutes I then requested that I speak with customer service. He gave me the number to customer service but they turned around and said we have to notify the store (this store just told me to call them) and the owners will determine whether or not you are eligible for a return. Yeah no, you see my area code, you have common sense and know I’m not coming down there for a $12 burrito bowl, please give me my money back! They (customer service) insisted that was their policy. I’ve been a loyal customer of theirs for about 5 years now, consistently choosing them over their competitors but today the whole company lost my business and I will never set foot in a MOE’S ever again after this whole ordeal. To end this review, my bank had to get involved and now I will have to wait 2 weeks for a 12 dollar refund all because of MOE’S refund policy. I’ve never been more frustrated with a franchise process. Apparently that’s the for franchise stores policy nationwide. Anyways, I really hope the $12 was worth it, because this business will never get a dime from me ever again and it’s all thanks to this Greenville location.
