A multi-million dollar company that turned out to be a multi-million dollar disappointment. I was tired and hungry, ready for a good meal after getting to my hotel. I decided to give MrBeast Burgers a shot after seeing it on Uber Eats. I placed my order with a couple of special requests, like asking for no ketchup on my food. To my frustration, they not only ignored my request but also added extra ketchup to some items, making them practically inedible for me.
The food arrived super late, which only added to the disappointment. When it finally did get to me, it was clear things had gone wrong. Everything was either overcooked or just plain incorrect. The fries were completely flavorless, and the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich I was looking forward to turned out to be nothing more than a bland, regular chicken sandwich. It didn’t even have the spice or kick it’s known for. The only decent part of the meal was a prepackaged cookie, which is pretty sad when you consider the rest of the experience.
I’m not sure if the issue lies with the restaurants MrBeast Burgers partners with or if the concept itself was a bad idea from the start. Either way, this was unacceptable. At this point, I absolutely cannot recommend anyone try MrBeast Burgers, not in its current state.
