Casa Del Vino - Fine Wine — Restaurant in Trenton

We have been coming here for 8-10 years. It is the best place to buy quality wine and beer and liquor. The selection is every bit as good as any so called "high end" stores in the metro area. Ron is so easy to work with and will go out of his way to accomodate the customer. His staff is excellent also and he realizes that having some youth around presents new ideas and choices in beer and wine. He sells top of the line cigars also. He is now expanding his store and it is a compliment to our area that he feels the confidence to do so. Top notch Michigan craft beer and beers from around the world are sold as well as both expensive and inexpensive quality wines. TOP NOTCH from the owner to the staff to the product. Well I am agitated to say the least. Especially after reading the reviews and how everyone else seems to be helped at this place. I bought my beer and was inquiring about whiskeys and the old guy at the counter was extremely rude to me and treated me like an idiot and then when the nice lady at the counter was trying to help me he gave her something else to do and drove her away from me. The only reason this store receives one stars is because they had the wine I was searching for in my area. The experience in the store, from the staff, was not helpful and it almost seemed as if they were annoyed that I asked for help. We waited at the counter for almost 5 minutes, while the cashier engaged her beer supplier. The profound silence, as she did not acknowledge my family as we tried to make our purchase. I will...
