Food was great but overall customer service ! TRASH, I asked the guy politely who walked past me could he help me with the gumball machine because it wasn’t working he looked me dead in the face ignored me I thought he walked away to go get help nope straight up ignored me and walked off! I go to the front to address the guy with the circular glasses has an attitude he doesn’t speak any English like ok ? Most people nod or say that he just looked at me with a straight face ignored me! I spent 67$ at this establishment it’s bad enough the guy at the register had an attitude already but the white people coming in he had an extremely great attitude towards… won’t be back!

For starters if you’re a self service/take out establishment … why allow us to eat in ?

Two: The team member at the register was not polite when I said I wouldn’t be back he did have an attitude, again he seemed bothered upon us walking in anyways but I ignored it Three: Yes you did bring my food and I appreciated that, but the way I was ignored upon asking for help weather that individual spoke English or not was ridiculous I’ve ran into a lot of people of other races/countries if they don’t speak English they say it in ways to let you know not just walk past you after looking in your face and walk off

I just want you to take the pictures down off your website. It is not even close to an accurate representation of the food, so that is completely unfair. I get that the image says the picture isnt necessarily identical- but its completely different. I do not have anything bad to say about the food- but I am not happy with pictures that don't even show the same ingredients your food has in it, particularly because I may want to remove those ingredients if I dont like them, and your site hardly has any descriptions. For example, your Kung Pao Chicken shows breaded chicken chunks with red chili peppers, and your dish has unbreaded chicken slices and green bell peppers. Its an entirely different dish, whether you can technically call them both Kung Pao Chicken or not. I don't like green bell peppers and I love red chili peppers and your description says nothing about it...so that dictated me trying to choose a meal because I like its ingredients, and ending up with a meal where I dont like its ingredients. Its not fair to judge your preparation or taste if I don't like the ingredients, so I won't touch on that at this time. Never again!!!!!! I ordered through Door Dash… General Tso’s chicken and white rice. Explain how PLAIN WHITE RICE was 100 times better than the chicken? The chicken was a plate full of crumbs, hard, chewy, black and tasted old as if they gave me what was left over at the bottom of the pan!! Chicken meat is supposed to be white not dark like beef! I called them and told them the problem and let them know I couldn’t eat it. Chicken isn’t supposed to be hard black and chewy! She replied “well sir that’s how the locals like it.” I even tipped the driver $10.00 cash!! Needless to say, I couldn’t get a refund and out of a $27.43 order, I ate NOTHING! I’m super pissed right now and can’t stand when my order isn’t worth the money! I’m uploading a pic of the nastiness that they served me and circled a few of the pieces of hard black chicken meat so people can see that I’m not exaggerating! This place SUCKS!!!
