It was my first time at the Trenton sonic drive-in, I went on my lunch break is a mistake because I only get a half hour so I was late back to work but anyways, so I pulled up to a parking spot I could order from, push the red button and after waiting for five minutes or more without anyone greeting me to let me know they’d be with me as soon as they could, it was lunchtime and busy and knowing they knew I was even there since they greeted me would have been nice. But nobody said anything so I decided to download the app I ordered my food on the app paid for my food on the app and after I finished with that I looked over at the red push button and it wasn’t flashing red anymore so I pushed it again and waited some more. Finally one of the associates greeted me and I told her that I had went ahead and ordered on the app. I did get my food quickly but it was not good, the corndog was barely luke warm and soggy and the chili cheese fries were the same.I know now from this experience, I will not go back to the Trenton Tennessee...
   Read moreHave to argue every time I am there. I was a GM at a sonic and I know what can and can not be done. When I ask for a manager they send out a really trashy older girl (about 40) with a mouth of rotten teeth that does NOT know how to fix anything. My most halirous problem was when I asked for a real cherry slush. The girl did not understand so I explained and she told me they only have syrup. I asked for a manager after a few minutes of explaining. The manager said they can "only like squeeze the single cherries and it'll only like get a drop out of one of 'em and that'll take to long for us to do and you'll have pay by cherry." I proceeded to tell the "manager" I described above that you can pour they cherry containers juice in the cup. The juice the cherries come in. She said, "oh ok nobody knew what you were talking about next time just explain to the girls." #1 I did. #2 She was supposed to be the so called manager and should have understood the detailed explanation.    Read moreI pressed the button and waited quite some time before pressing it again- several minutes. I was debating on whether to just leave and a car hop walked by and I asked her if the button on this particular stall was broke. Right at that moment a guy's voice comes over the speaker and apologizes for the wait (the stalls were by no means full). I placed my order and it came out relatively quickly. When the car hop handed me the bag it was wet on the bottom. I told her such and she said, "oh, that's probably just spilled water from my tray". She had standing water in her tray. I took the items out of the bag and asked her to take the Sonic bag back with her as it was soaked on the bottom and I didn't want to set that on my car's seat. After she walked away, I realized I didn't have a straw and I had to push the button again and wait for the straw to come out.
I wish this review could have been better. Hopefully they were just...
