Bottoms Up — Restaurant in Trevorton

I'm not a big fan of negative reviews, but see this as more of a learning opportunity.. I called in this morning about 10: 40 to place an order to pick up in about 30 minutes. The girl politely told me they don't start lunch until 11:00 and I would have to call back. I chose to stop in as it was on my way to where I had to be, looking through the menu. A nice young blonde girl comes out and tells me that she doesn't start taking orders for about 20 more minutes so they can clean up after breakfast. I had an order for five people and was turned away. These are the tasks that should be done in between orders all day, if you need time to 100% shut your kitchen down you need to let people know this. Waitress was very friendly. The food came out in stages and one meal (hot ham and cheese) was delivered AFTER most of our party were finished their meal. While waiting for all of the food for our table, several other tables - that arrived after us - were served their food. Delivery was awful. This must happen often as one of the waitresses said ‘I hate delivering food while there are others still waiting for theirs’. DO NOT deliver the food until the entire order is complete!!!! Stopped with my daughter, sat in the dining room. Wasn't exactly "clean" and only one table had people at it. The tables looked like they all could use a good cleaning. It appears as the waitress was more worried about hanging with bar crowd. Wasn't customer service oriented. The food was good, but when you dine out you expect to eat together at a table. My burger came out first, but i didn't start to eat it until my daughter's wings came out. Took about 20 minutes for the wings after my burger was out, burger got to room temp. The waitresses only excuse was "the bar had a huge order before ours". Well, my money spends elsewhere. Won't be back. What a shame...
