Chili's — Restaurant in Trujillo Alto

Server didn't get to us for at least 20 minutes, the whole order took very long to arrive to us, we could see the server chatting and laughing with other workers while we waited for refills, chips and salsa were extremely salty, order 2 full orders of baby back ribs, both dry and with very little meat for a 20+ dollar plate each. No onion rings. Some of the side items listed he told us we couldn't pick as side items. We requested our sweet potato fries to be loaded... they were not French fries they were waffle fries, soggy, greasy and when the bill came it was about 5 dollars EACH PERSON extra for some cheese, bacon and sour cream, we knew there would be an extra charge just not so much and ofcourse our server did NOT inform of the high amount for loaded. The arroz mamposteao was everything but its name (you can tell on the pic).The margaritas wasn't impressive and he never offered water or any other drink to me after I was done, I had to drink my fiancees drink. So overral horrible, terrible service and food. DO NOT RECCOMENT THIS LOCATION...

Chili's it's one of the places I visited most of the time because of the food consistency, can't say the same about this one, The Chili's of Trujillo stinks so bad that when you enter the place you just want to leave at once. The bathroom it's unacceptable conditions, it's smells so bad you don't want to use the bathroom. Most of the people who works there are young and they seem not to be serious about it. In occasions they don't have most of the products to complete the basics standard drinks in the bar. Mojitos and Margarita's are the popular drink's there. The bar looks dirty and it seems that needs an upgrade to better fit the needs of the bartender. The tables, chairs and menu are sticky, smells bad. They should have a standard methods to clean all of the equipment and maintain employees knowledge to better attend people. The service is just ok it could be better in a well-known...

Got there early at 11:15am to order “carry out” (due to Covid protocols). Quite a big order 1 they told me it would be 35 to 45 minutes wait. Told them my parking number, confirmed by email, and the wait begins. After 50 minutes, I noticed that people that arrived after me got their orders first. I tried calling but the line always busy. Went up to the door and ask what’s the status of my order and they said it was already delivered. I asked to whom since it wasn’t me - they went to speak with a manager and after 5 minutes, they told me that it’s their fault and I had to wait another 45 minutes. I kindly said forget it and refund my money, the manager said to wait only 15 minutes. In about 25 minutes the manager bought my order. I told her that I wasn’t happy with the service and she just turned her back on me and left. Very poor...
