This is our last day in Puerto Rico, we had been looking forward to trying their Lechon. So glad we did. Meat was so tender and flavorful. Love their side dishes as they were well complimented with the meal. My son brought his own hot sauce. Yes, we were well prepared. Plenty of seating, indoor and outdoor. We just prefer the outdoor. Thank you to the gentleman (he was the one who shopped the meat for us), who took his time explaining about other side-dishes. Everyone was so nice. We felt really welcomed there. It has a perfect crunch, not rubbery at all. The arroz con gandules is also perfectly seasoned and cooked perfectly, never overdone rice. Their "morcilla" (blood sausage) is creamy and has an awesome spicy kick to it - extremely flavorful with a great casing. Friendly service with plenty of air conditioned seating inside. They're a bit pricier that other lechoneras but it's 100% worth the quality. They use charcoal, not old wood pallettes like other places and the difference is huge....
