Cafe Felila — Restaurant in Tualauta County

On multiple occasions, I have visited this “cafe”, and while the service has generally been satisfactory, there have been three instances where I have encountered unacceptable behavior. During one of my visits, I found hair in my food. Additionally, I was charged twice for the same item. The most recent incident was particularly appalling. While I was waiting for my receipt at the cash register, one of the coffee attendants placed the mixing spoon directly into her mouth four times to taste the coffee. She was fully aware of my presence and did not attempt to conceal her actions. She then proceeded to serve the same coffee to another customer. This behavior was utterly disgusting and left me deeply disappointed. It is disheartening to see that individuals, even after the pandemic, engage in such behaviors....

So the price here is a little higher than normal (I am from California so the pricing is normal to me, but for other states its a little higher), but I have to say everything is so amazing and the food is super fresh. We came back a few time to this place because we loved it so much. The ube and Lemon cookies were amazing! The strawberry and blueberry smoothies were so fresh and really tasty. My husband and I stopped here twice for breakfast. The coffee options are adequate and the hot coffee is better than Starbucks in my opinion.
