Disgusting! I don't know why I kept giving this place a try these past 9 years but today was the LAST straw! This location in particular has either completely messed up or under cooked every single order I've ever placed here. Today my food was greasy and raw. It's always the same lazy girl working the register who never remembers if you told her for here or to go and she often has her ghetto boyfriend covered in tats hanging out inside mean mugging customers who are trying to look at the menu or place an order. No quality control whatsoever. Not to be surprised by Nico's very low standard of quality across the board, each one operates differently and have their own little scams going on and different qualities of food that they use so you never know what to expect walking into any particular nicos. NEVER AGAIN! I'm PISSED and fed up. Tired of wasting my money and I would advise you to not...
Read moreI don't know how they stay Open. Maybe because there so cheap! I come here because it's close to my home as a last resort. But it's always something new . The beans and rice are as plain as it can get. The salsa is like water. I let them know it has almost no flavor and it's watery, all the lady would respond with is excuses" when it defrost it gets watered down" & "you never know what kind of Chile you get when making the salsa" haha I just stared at her with a blank face AGAIN like whatever. Lady its salsa it's not that hard to make it decent! They charge an extra fee SOMETIMES if you use a credit/debit card.
■The owners should be ashamed of having their "Restaurant" so neglected. Smh it's almost insulting to the people the make great Mexican food. Wish it would change to the better.
THE 2 STAR IS FOR NOT EVER GETTING FOOD...
Read moreDrive-Thru is not as updates as the other Nico’s Mexican restaurants. Wait times were about average 5-10 mins for a steak, egg, cheese burrito and a shredded beef taco. My total was about $9.50 for just the two items and personally I feel that it is overpriced for what I got. The taco was average sized but the burrito was disproportionate with meat, egg, cheese ratio. Typically most Nico’s around town are not frugal with amount of meat they put into their burrito. This particular place hardly included the steak and for the price I paid; it’s not worth $7 for it. Look into other places for your Mexican fast food cravings.Updated Attempted to finish the rest of my burrito when I found a strand of hair in the burrito** Changing to 1 star or lower...
