POSTING FOR MY FRIEND SINCE IT WON'T ALLOW HER TO POST! Food is good but unfortunately they lack customer service all the way around. I stopped giving my business for about a year after continous issues. Well my husband and I decide its been a while, lets try again. We have had some good experiences until recently. I ordered from the app and where it gives you the option for a "special request" I asked for beans and jalapeno sauce on the side in caps. My husband goes to pick up,the lady was incredibly rude assuming because he did not tip her to bag our food. He sat down waited 15mins and watched her bag our stuff and set it down. Never said our order was ready, nothing. So our food is cold when we get home, theres no beans on the side and ZERO jalapeno sauce. I send an email to Sherry who offers me a $15 credit on the app(even though my order was $20) I go in to order and try to pay with these credits and im told "we don't know how to do that." So I had to pay even though this was supposed to makeup for my last order. I have emailed Sherry NUMEROUS times with continous excuses and her telling me "ill handle it tomorrow" but never handles it. Now she tells me I have to go in to the store and I'll get a refund of $15. The food isn't that great to deal with TERRIBLE customer service and hassle. Try the food trucks in the area or what used to be Lonchos by Frys. This will be the LAST TIME I give my hard earned money to this...
Read moreIt's hot and we didn't feel like trying to cook indoors, and it's too hot to babysit the grill. I was looking for restaurants in my area and found this. I remembered seeing people recommend it in local groups, so I looked at the menu and we decide to give it a try. When we pulled up, it was a gas station, and I was uneasy. But when we got inside the guy behind the counter was super friendly, so we ordered. The food was good! I got a caramelo, my husband got a Sonoran dog and a birria taco, and we split an order of fries and chips and salsa. The salsa was great, it reminds me of my favorite place back in CO. The fries really surprised us- they look to be cut in-house, and while they weren't crisp like fast food fries, they tasted great. The guy behind the bar even answered a weird question about one of the items on the menu (huevos divorciados), even though we were done ordering, and was friendly about it. We liked the salsa so much we got a pint to bring home. While it is in a gas station, this is a pretty good place for a decent meal if you're riding that struggle...
Read moreThis was the worst Mexican food I've ever had. The tacos were lacking flavor and the accompanying vegetables. They only put onion and cilantro on it. The burrito was 80% rice, 10%beans and 10% meat. I asked for cheese, paid extra, no cheese. They clearly don't know Mexican food. It was a texmex type burrito mostly rice and beans that I can get at taco bell. I never go to taco bell because it's an insult to tacos and burritos. The carne asada was very dry and tasted like they made it in a pan or even the microwave. The cameras were simple and just tasted like meat and the al pastor tasted nothing like am pastor and all were very dry, seasonless meats. Very expensive for frozen burrito quality and the tacos were cheaply and poorly made as well. On the plus side, the corn tortillas were okay but the same as store bought tortillas. I was so excited to taste this and I received a package of disappointment. I will never buy anything here again and I will make sure no one I know or they know goes here. A total waste of my money and ruined my evening. If I could give 0...
