I was super excited to try this truck out as Korean-Mexican fusion is hard to find in Washington state. The menu looks very creative with fantastic fusion ideas and the prices seem to be pretty fair.
Unfortunately, most of the food was disappointing. The only one that is worth talking about is the Korean fried chicken torta, it has a wonderful crunch and held together pretty well. The fried chicken was crispy and delicious. The elote, kimchi quesadilla and furikake fries were underwelming in presentation and taste. The elote was flavorful here and there but just was lacking the taste I was looking for as I love elotes and this didn't really feel like it had the essence of an elote. The furikake fries were lacking in furikake and the sauce, the effort shown in the picture shows no real effort to showcase the other ingredients and feels lazily put together. The kimchi quesadilla which was my meal was just absolutely abysmal as the cheese wasn't even melted fully, it did not hold together at all, and the sauces didn't really add to the taste but seem to want to mask it with their flavors to hide one of the worst kimchi fried rices that I have ever had.
Service was awful. The cashier told us 10 minutes when it was definitely double that time and a little more. Additionally, she gave us the wrong number and almost gave our order to someone else and despite standing right in front of her, she doesn't explain that she messed up. Then she calls out our entire order instead of the number which just further shows that she doesn't want to admit her mistake and that the customer was just supposed to know when to come up.

Read moreToday at the Wedgwood Art Fair we had the Chicken Torta and the Queen Rico. This is one of the few times we have had food from a food truck that was really worth the cost. In fact at $12 per order I think it is undervalued. Both of us were impressed with the quality of the bread and the preparation of the sandwiches. We are planning on finding where you will be setting up...
Read moreI pulled up randomly to get a quick bite. The owners suggested the 'Que Rica' sandwich which proved to be absolute FIRE. So good in fact that I left my office and walked back outside just to tell them how good it was (this never happens). This was one of the vest sandwiches and fry combos I have ever had. I would highly recommend this truck if it pulls up in your...
