Subway — Restaurant in Tulare

It may just be me, but I have a hard time understanding foreign accents. I had a hard time understanding the employee that was serving me at this Subway, for two reasons: the first being he had a bit of an accent, the second being he was not speaking nearly loud enough, he did not enunciate properly. It frustrates me when employees at any store or restaurant not speak loud enough, sometimes they say something and because they don't speak loud enough, I miss understand them which could cause a mistake in the order. I also hated having to repeatedly ask him what he was asking me. It makes me not want to go to that place again because of this. When employees are training, they need to be told that they need to speak loud enough, but not to the point where it is too loud. This is supposed to be common sense, however, you'd be surprised how uncommon, common sense...

I go here for lunch often, and I had a bad experience. I don't want to go here anymore. I've ordered the same here often.

Brenda has terrible customer service and shouldn't work customer service at all. She always has an attitude and overall just had bad energy.

I hate going here now because of her. I had a please nice experience with nice and polite workers until she came in.Whenever she has made my sandwich, it comes out all over the place in the bag and I have to spend my 30 minute lunch trying to fix the damn thing.

Went in to get sandwiches while getting gas before heading to a sports event and they wouldn't make 6x sandwiches. They said their limit was 5x and that 6x was a "platter" because they only make so much bread. So, you're telling me if I came in with six people, you'd refuse to make six sandwiches for me and my family? How the heck does that work? Is Subway no longer a family friendly franchise?
