It may just be me, but I have a hard time understanding foreign accents. I had a hard time understanding the employee that was serving me at this Subway, for two reasons: the first being he had a bit of an accent, the second being he was not speaking nearly loud enough, he did not enunciate properly. It frustrates me when employees at any store or restaurant not speak loud enough, sometimes they say something and because they don't speak loud enough, I miss understand them which could cause a mistake in the order. I also hated having to repeatedly ask him what he was asking me. It makes me not want to go to that place again because of this. When employees are training, they need to be told that they need to speak loud enough, but not to the point where it is too loud. Brenda has terrible customer service and shouldn't work customer service at all. She always has an attitude and overall just had bad energy.
