It's been my experiences that the Burger King in Catoosa, OK. A couple of the managers (male & female) in particular are highly unprofessional and very rude to their employees as well as some of the customers (including me). Again my experience with a particular female manager repeatedly advising my child of the fact that she's 18 and doesn't have to listen to me (her parent) when it comes to certain personal, work related decisions and standing up for herself after being repeatedly insulted. Also adding to the managers unprofessionalism and rudeness at this particular burger king after repeatedly accusing me of trying to get her fired, insulting me to my child and surely I had had enough. After confronting the female manager this time the male manager dips his nose where it didn't belong. As explained by several other employees this particular male manager does this a lot. He demonstrates this (tag teamed) by threatening to fire my two girls and in fact calling the cops as a result. Again who had nothing at all to even do with this situation and who thought it was appropriate to lie on me to the cops (creating a false report). Obviously with the intent to have me banded from this particular burger king but what these two managers didn't know at the time of his report to the cops was that I walked over to them both while standing outside in back as I recorded that whole incident (including false report) of me being aggressive & posing a potential treat to both of them. Also I like to mention there were several employee witnesses to this situation. This particular male manager threaten to fire both of my girls because I confronted the female manager in my defense regarding her unprofessionalism and insulting tactics towards me & my child. All this because my child decided to inquire about a long over due raise. Especially after being employed there 5 months or more now. I was trying to use the App and said I wanted to apply the coupon for the Bacon King that my husband ordered to bring it down from $11.09 to $8.99 but the employee got confused and thought I wanted a 2nd Bacon King for myself. When I said, No that was supposed to be applied to the existing Bacon King, but I want the smaller Bacon Cheeseburger. I asked if the tall employee with a large beard who was the only employee without a name tag in the store to have a manager to come override the mistake. The employee got frustrated, said no on getting a manager, and voided the whole transaction and started over, destroying my coupon with the void. He said, Show me the coupon again. I said, I don't believe I can, because you already entered the 6-digit number, but I'll try. Nope, the App is now missing that Bacon King Coupon, because it's Already Been Used, so NOW we have to pay full price?!? He didn't say anything. I brought up my BK App number to at least get the points when we paid full price. I would bet the employee didn't want to call a manager, because he would be in trouble for costing that franchise location money, because I believe the app discounts are covered by Burger King's Corporate Office, but if an employee messes up the App and an override occurs without being able to use the coupon, the Franchisee probably gets hit on their revenue. Thankfully there was a Contact Us in the App, and they are sending me a digital coupon, but I won't go back to 16504 Admiral. Read moreFood was good for BK standards, but service was atrocious. Both guys were not paying attention at all to what they were doing, just acting like fools in the restaurant. I had ordered on the app for pickup and the guy just threw the food on the counter without even looking at me. I asked if it was mine, because I had ordered powerade on the app and there was a cup with red liquid in it. The guy rudely told me "that's what you ordered, what were you expecting?" Then the other employee chimed in with "it's not like you picked what flavor you wanted." And they told me to just take what was on the counter. Then, while eating, it turns out they gave me someone else's food along with mine, and the guy at the counter aggressively approached asking why I took the food that wasn't mine on purpose when they were the ones who told me to take everything and go away. He kept mouthing off while the other employee kept asking "was that stolen food good?" Over and over again. Didn't even touch the "stolen food" ate what was paid for and left. Will never return to...
