Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Tulsa

My husband & I enjoy Church's Chicken & eat it when we can find one. Their okra is the bomb! We were out in a part of Tulsa that we don't typically shop in & we saw this one & both were like Woo Hoo! So we pull in & there was 3 lg dogs lying in front of the door. One was ready to give birth! We went in & the atmosphere was not to good but we still ordered & sat down for our food. We wiped our own table off. There was 4 people on duty & it wasn't busy yet we didn't feel as if anyone had cleaned the eating area all day. The bathroom was hideous.When we ordered the biggest indication TO RUN was the fact as we order on a SAT. Pm @ approximately 1:30 the cashier turns to us & says " WE ARE OUT OF OKRA" really. Then we ask about dogs in front & she tells us that they stay there 24/7 & have been there forever! I ask why Animal Control isn't called to remove & her words were" it doesn't do any good , because they don't come to this part of the city! Unbelievable! City failure! They need help! Also cats were rampant @ dumpster! When we finally get our food, it's not what we ordered & it was old chicken that had already gotten rubbery. The fries were cold & the biscuits were hard as rocks. They are always out of chicken. You have to wait 23- 30mins. Well they told me, they were out of chicken. When I got inside they had plenty of chicken and the manager Andre told me it was already sold, but nobody was in line or in the drive thru. The staff was rude, hard of hearing, and crew member Jejuan had terrible customer service. They need to do better. I wouldn't go back there unless I had no other choice. And I will still probably starve because they wouldnt have no food left from trying to close to soon and from taking it home. This place sucks. Hot food, good prices, great quality, and the quantity of each mean was perfect. We were asked to take a survey to get free chicken. By the time we got home we couldn't find the receipt. But we do like this location. I would like to suggest as a 30 year veteran of culinary employment, maybe redesign this location. The drive thru has lots of potholes, dumpsters and is very sharp angled turns. Even a new parking lot or at least a few pick up spaces might be handy.
