Denny's — Restaurant in Tulsa

The worst place I have ever been too. I ordered quickly (by the time my drink came out) and it was a pretty easy order (ham and cheese omelet with jalapeños hash browns and toast). Twenty minutes later the waitress told me that it was gonna take longer due to something about the wrong toast. 15 more minutes later she came back and said that it would just be a little longer. Then 10 minutes later came back and stated that they put the fresh jalapeños on it instead of the pickled ones (which I know not huge but I prefer those). So they had to make another one. 15 minutes later she came back out and put it down. I wasn’t going to complain since it had finally arrived. But looking down at my plate I noticed it was smothered in onions. I ABSOLUTELY HATE ONIONS!!! They were all throughout the omelet. It took me 5 more minutes to get her attention to let her know that I was done to just bill me for the coke and I’d leave. This was the worst service I have had in my life. Over 1 hour at this place and did not even get food. Yes I chose to leave but after that much time I’d be an idiot to waste more time so they can mess it up more. Good luck if you decide to eat here.

What happened to this Denny's? It always had good food and service until now. We waited over 20 minutes to take our drink order and another 20 before they brought them out and took our food order. It was about 40 minutes before our food arrived after asked about it. The nice waitress asked if we would be patient a little longer and she would talk to her boss about it. She explained it was her first time on the job and they just left her on her own. Okay, but who is cooking,and where is this boss? There were only a few customers there, so it wasn't crowded at all. 20 minutes later, when we decided to leave they finally brought our order. It was so disappointing! Eggs were cold, pancakes that had a burned taste, bacon that was burned on one end, and almost raw on the other. My friend ordered a biscuit and gravy and the waitress asked if he wanted sausage gravy, so it sounded good but it was not. They forgot to bring it and it came later, I tasted it and it was so greasy tasting, and they made it by throwing a chopped up sausage on top of the gravy. I called in an order for a burger and fries. I asked if the burger could be cooked medium. I was told yes, and that's what I asked for. I arrived, paid, and went to my truck to eat. I noted that my burger was well done and dry, as there were no condiments on it. I looked in my bag for condiments, nothing. Dry burger and fries. I decided to call and make mention of what I was sold. The manager, Crissyana, told me they don't offer medium burgers. I told her I had a receipt in hand that says it. She said that I didn't. I went back to the restaurant to show her. She began to ramble about not having a key on the register to add medium. I then noticed a male and female employee standing next to her, which made me feel uncomfortable. I sternly told her that I didn't appreciate being called a liar and left. When I called, I was simply trying to make it known that I was displeased with the food, not be offended.
