McDonald's — Restaurant in Tulsa

Normally, this McD is very busy. Normally, very efficient and accurate. Normally, I would give them a 4/5. But today….. a simple order, 1 burrito, 1 sausage McMuffin, 2 hash browns. Nothing fancy… no special order, but also just 1 hash brown on the bag. Normally, it wouldn’t be a big deal, but today, the manager seemed put out that I came back to the store and walked in “with” my receipt, and requested the second hash brown to fulfill my order.

I walked in, waited 2 minutes then had to flag down the manager who was standing in the kitchen with another manager talking.

Once I got her attention, she walked to the counter looked at me with a weird look, and asked may I help you. I handed my receipt and asked I was supposed to get 2 hash browns. She responded with so your missing one? Then walked off. Came back 45 seconds later and said. Here you go! Then spun and walked off with not so much as even an apology.

No, it’s not that big of a deal, but when you pay for something, and they hand you that something and it’s not complete, at least an apology should be provided. Not an “you should be thanking me for helping you”, attitude.

dam this mcdonald scam people as heck!! went there to buy hotcakes with sausage 1 extra sausage on the side and extra hash brown on the side got charged and came home with no hashbrown at all or buscit!! my order number was 1335 wed @ 7:27! all I got was pancake with sausage! I recommend ya need to check everything before gaving it to your customers and stop scamming people for their money!! or ya need to check your employees!! the English was good so I dont know how can ya get the order wrong! and this is not the first time that our order get jack up! there always something missing in the orders from like 4 out of 10 times ording at this mcdonald! so this is the first time to gave this mcdonald a bad review. if they can't even serve people right for their money pointless of having this mcdonald open! if I can gave it a zero star I...

Apparently menu items changed on this locations drive through, we have for years been use to the number 7 on the menu being 2 hamburgers, fries and drink, that is want we requested then McNuggets and a large fry. Then went to first window no one was there so we proceeded to the second window paid and check our receipt items were not matching want we wanted. So we explained what we prefer and willing to pay the difference when explaining seems like associate was irritated cause when we still were explaining, she literary closed the window and walked off. Due to that it cause service to take longer than usual and 3 different charges on our card cause we were not done explaining.
