QuikTrip — Restaurant in Tulsa

I had an extraordinary moment of customer service worth sharing. I purchased a 2 for 1 deal on drinks. When I got to the register the price came up higher. The employee wasn’t sure what to do. The other employee, not sure if he was a manager, said, “Just take care of the customer.”

He honored the price I said. But out of curiosity, I went back with the worker to look at the price AFTER I had paid. I was wrong. The price it rang up was right.

The employee simply smiled (kindly) when I said I was sorry. He said no problem.

This is customer service! I would have gladly paid the difference. Just to be treated with respect and valuing the customer over the right price made all the difference in the world.

It’s a gas station. Lol But, you can get food and, snacks in wide variety. Tobacco and alcohol. Men and, women restrooms. They live up to their name almost as fast as you get to the counter there’s usually someone to get you checked out fast. It’s not a restaurant although they are equipped with a small kitchen you can get pizza and, other common food items. Fountain drinks lotto tickets. Small automotive section to buy oil and, common fluids for your vehicle. A squeegee at the gas pumps to clean your vehicle windows. They are probably one of the best places to get gas coffee and, doughnuts in...

The workers of this gas stations are great they give good service to the people in other words good customer service but I think #police should be here more often for the safe of the employees. I am grateful that we have a gas station it will be nice to have other big stores but I think it's impossible because the way some people behave around this...
