Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Tulsa

Boy on speaker was extremely rude as I was ordering he never let me talk all-day cutting me off it was so weird like I said I would like a wacky pack meal and he said a #2 I said no sir a kids wacky pack meal with then he cut me off I said hey excuse me sir I'm not done ordering or finishing my sentence on order u keep cutting me off I was trying to say I would like a wacky pack cheeseburger meal plain n dry freshly cooked and ff fresh please cherry slush 3 real Cherry's and light on syrup he cut me off 7 times every time I said I would like cheeseburger wackypack what else he say I said I'm not finished he said what else I said sir if you would please quite cutting me off I will tell u what I want he comes to car aplojizeing however he cut us off again taking order. Very rude even his apologizeing because he kept talking not listening. So rude weird and never got finish ordering 2 of us food cuz him only my 5 yr olds. Next car to us window was down they were complaining and they just pulled up after he walked Bk in so desperate times I won't go Bk to that sonic he was on something or just rude IDK 4 sure but I know I'm not going back and when order for there parents didn't get order and child got no napkins ketchup. Only thing great was carhop his name was Elton we gave him big tip didn't have cash he was so good I went wrong and got him cash ATM. And came Bk and said young man your great here u go gave him nice tip he deserved other guy someone needs see whatsapp with him IDK his name but he's so rude I never comment survey complain but he was so rude someone needs to know. 😡 bad service not even half food was correct or could get because of him. So on August 11,2017 I got the worst service from yet again this location from ordering over $30 worth of food to get home and notice fries were all soggy and every sandwich was old and the only thing that was right was the cost of the meals but nothing was great from management smoking out back not on break rushing back in as we pulled in and employees are not interested in customer service or management and I mean upper management. Spoke to a day time management and had some way of luring me back to have previous orders remade fresh lol fresh they don't know what that is especially when I just left there and got the new chicken sandwich the same I ordered a week ago and got the same service the same food and I'm sorry I think the management needs a good class on training employees. I feel as if this location is out right the worst behind another north side location. Guess it's called you eat what side of town you live on well trash is what I'd call it. And I tip every time for the service well I'd like my tips back since I'm paying for crappie service and food that's old and cold. I wouldn't dare going there when the manager name Josh and yes they had two with the same name but both of them are just out right dirty. And tonight's manager Tylan misspelled but didn't look as a manager was dress very unprofessional and hair was wild and they only had 3 cars in the parking lot but told me that they were busy is why they got my order wrong again. As I sit on the customer service line waiting to talk to a Sonic representative, I guess I’ll write out a review and I’ll assume I’ll finish the review before talking to anyone

I WILL NEVER EAT AT SONIC EVER AGAIN!!! The amount of times I’ve gone to different locations and have got the same terrible service, paying an outrageous price and only to receive NON EDIBLE food is absolutely despicable!!!!!! There are so many bad reviews on this sonic location specifically that no wonder my food order was a complete waste. Spent near $30 for me and my two children to eat food only to have to throw it all away. From the food to the drinks, it was all terrible. There is something seriously wrong with who ever is operating this sonic. I grew up eating sonic as a kid and absolutely loved this restaurant chain. But after the years of bad service and with how expensive things are these days. I refuse to spend another hard earned dollar at these establishments and I encourage everyone who reads this to do the same

I’m a pretty positive guy who doesn’t like resorting to these measures but I truly feel robbed and fear for my health now after reading some of this specific locations reviews
