Omgggg. I’m not from the north side- I really do my best to avoid it at all costs but this place has me coming back! I literally strap up and drive from broken arrow . I literally drive 45 minutes for this godsend of a hole in the wall burger joint . Customer service is on point ! Not ONCE had my order been messed up. They even make suggestions like “you sure you don’t want this” and I’m like - you know what. You’re right. All you gotta do is pull up and they know exactly what your feeling at that moment. Food is cheaper than McDonald’s and more elegant than Ruth’s criss. The place is Fallin apart yet somehow a miracle is born in there every 26 seconds . Idk how something so beautiful , can come from a place like this but damn do I love it. If you ain’t ate here , this is probably why you’re depressed . I order the fish sandwich and I will say it’s delicious 🔥, but they’ve been sloppy so I specifically request light tarter, extra lettuce and the last 2x they f’d up but im not driving atm so I let it be…. Now the 3rd time im riding… by time I get home I notice the f up again…I call in and Ms Tiffany let me know she would exchange it…. So others know the policy…U have 24-48 hrs to get the new order…. in my case I feel she could’ve been a bit lenient and taken into account…#1 im. The customer service sucks these women employees that work there always have attitudes! They don’t know how to speak to customers in a professional manner ! Everytime I eat there my burger is dry and my cheese is stuck to the bun and the don’t change the grease frequently mt tots are extremely greasy causing me to have diarrhea! This establishment has really went down hill and needs to be addressed for the rudeness and the poorly made food ! This place is gross ! Burgers to salty !
