I had the absolute pleasure of encountering a true gem during my most recent visit to Ziggi's. The girl who took my drink order was not only incredibly sweet, but exceptionally swift in getting my order to me.
What struck me the most was her thoughtfulness. It was evident that she wasn't just going through the motions; she genuinely cared about ensuring I had a positive experience. Specifically, she took the time to inquire about how I was doing, and her attentiveness made me feel valued as a customer. It's rare to encounter such genuine care in today's fast-paced world.

Read moreImagine spending over $6 for a To-Go coffee order just for the coffee to be SO wrong. Asked my husband to pick it up and he blanked on what I told him I got. But it shouldn't be his job to get my order right since it's literally the barista's job there. I got a plain coffee when the tag clearly says an iced turtle coffee with whipped cream.. (see photo) Apparently they had no other customers there, too, so it's not like they were slammed with other orders to take care of. I like Ziggi's, they usually get my order right without having me to question the mental capacity of the staff. Now I'm going to work without having the time to fix this. Read moreWhat a delightful, clean, welcoming and upbeat coffee house! We stopped in for the first time Sunday morning October 20th. The staff was so nice, not clinical like some coffee houses, they were genuinely kind and warm. They made conversation and eye contact with us the entire time. The building was well laid out, lots of natural lighting, plenty of room, table, chairs, different styles of sitting. Nice variety of coffee, teas, cold, hot, different foods to choose from. And the amount of syrups, even sugar free....the other coffee house is very limited on sugar free which is inconvenient and lack customer service. Ya all need to...
