Tunbridge General Store — Restaurant in Tunbridge

Stopped by to try their deli. Food was great! We had a Tunbridge Club and a Cubano sandwich. They were excellent. The store has a really good and diverse selection of products on offer. Candy? You got it. Donuts!? Yes. Local meat? Pantry staples? Cute things to gift friends? Yes, yes, yes. I finally have a place close by to buy duck eggs (the best egg).

Love this little store! I visit every year when I attend The Jenny Brook Bluegrass Festival across the road at the Tunbridge Fairgrounds. This year was an especially good visit. We arrived about 15 minutes before closing but the staff was just as nice, friendly and helpful as can be. Even though they had begun washing the floor, the welcomed us in, waited us in a very friendly manner, being extra kind to my grandkids. Absolutely brilliant layout, delicious food from exceptional chefs. Everyone is so friendly and brings a warm energy to the town- and the potroast/french onion soup got me through February!
