Dunkin' — Restaurant in Turner

My name is anna, I see and read all the reviews of this dunkin donuts why, well i work here and honestly im disgusted to think that everyone has something bad to say about this place, my honesty opionion is this, here at dunkin donuts in turner and any dunkin donuts store as employees have to face all you customers each and every day every hour of every min you come walking in or drive thru with each and every order, either by face to face or over the head set, yes we ask numberious times how you want your order to get it right, in drive thru we have to take your order, type in your order(s) in the computer, then maybe depending if we have enough staff available there is someone putting your order together, then someone cooking it too, but if there isnt enough staff on hand the person taking your order is most likly going to be the person making and cooking your order, and also cooking for the walk in (counter customers) as well, which will also put in a longer wait time, i am constantly saying sorry, alot of customers say i get its ok, or worse, i have heard all of it, but seriously now, im not perfect but neither is the next person in line either, you think that complaining is going to get to us and shut us down, we are listening and reading and making changes too the best way we can, If you want to complain yes there are other places you can go to get "coffee" or "food" but then again you may run into the same problem there as well as it is that time of year the kids are back to school, so service may be slow too, just saying. Yes we are limited to employees working, kids back at school, another store needs coverage, we have new people learning, where else will they be able to get hands on training if cant learn at their jobs?? Bear with us a little longer we are doing our best the best way we know how that is 1 customer 1 at a time, slow and steady wins the race, while the fast n messy screws it up for all of us. im not here to pick sides, im just tired of the negitive n figured i add my 2 cents in to let all know we hear you, we understand. In the end you still dont like us, we simplely understand you leaving...hopin this will work the bad situation...

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!! This Dunkin Donuts is the worst I have ever experienced! I have tried this place multiple times and not one good experience! It takes a really long time to get your order and it is usually not correct. On my last visit however the employees customer service was terrible! As I was waiting in line at the drive thru a big truck in front of me ordered but the line was so long they could not move up far enough so I could get to the speaker. As I was waiting I could hear the worker on the speaker yelling " can I help you?" Again and again then finally when I was able to pull in front of the speaker the worker clearly frustrated at this point yells " are you going to order or not!" I explained to the employee the truck in front of me was blocking the speaker. I highly suggest they put in cameras so maybe they can see the line by the speaker. They need to fire the idiots and get a real staff that understands customer service and knows how to make coffee!!! This Dunkin' Donuts could be a great place because of the convience however I will go out of my way or make coffee at home before ever...

I am going to preface I should have handled the situation better. I went through your drive through today to order drinks. I got to the window and was matter of fact tone advised you were out of chai. Frustrated I said to remove the drink. This is now the 8th time in the last 10 trips the item I have ordered has been out. That includes the time you were out of large cups. The total at the window never changed when they rang out minus the one drink. I asked for a receipt and was huffed at. Once the window was closed I complained to my passenger about the stocks and service. My order was brought by a different gentle who mockingly told me to have a nice day. Based on his tone I poorly reacted and gave him the finger. As I drove away another female took it upon herself to stick her head out the window and mockingly yell have a nice day. I admit I was wrong but this is the worst service I have received in the 7 years I have gone to dunkin in the...
