Herbalife Elevate Nutrition — Restaurant in Turner

Recently my friend and I wanted drinks. By mistake we ended up ordering from this place. We meant to order from Elevate Nutrition in Warren. I placed the order from this place in Turner and didn’t realize until after I received a notification stating my order placement. We had arrived at Elevate Nutrition in Warren, where they politely informed us that we had made a mistake. They said we should call this place in Turner and explain the accidental situation. A young woman answered the phone with a very brief “hello.” I explained to her what I had done by mistake very kindly and asked if getting my money back was possible. She took a deep sigh which took me by surprise, and then said someone had already made our drinks, in quite a rude tone. I then asked could I not get my $13 dollars back? She said they would look into it, very passive aggressively. I said thank you and then hung up. I never got my money back, but the people in Warren were very considerate and friendly.
