Our food was honestly terrible, and took over 30 minutes even though we were the ONLY people in the restaurant. Ordered the grilled cheese and two burgers and none were good. No seasoning on the burgers, they were incredibly bland, and the grilled cheese was just the cheese from the burgers on some bread and maybe microwaved?? We all had fries on the side, and you could just tell they bought them frozen and just stuck them in the microwave or something as well. They were super terrible, just bland potato slices that tasted freezer-burned. Everything tasted awful. The service was very nice and attentive even though everything took so long, but the food was just terrible. Reading other reviews, I'll just assume we came on an off day... But I...

Awful experience. Our food was cold, people that arrived after us were served first. We arrived when people was still eating and left when the restaurant was empty. The check was never brought to our table so I was wondering if I just could have walk away. CUSTOMER SERVICES IS TERRIBLE. There was not even a word to explain why our food took so long to be ready. We probably would not get any food if I didn't ask for our order. I also asked the waitress if my food was sitting on the counter for a while because the fries, the sandwich and the onion rings were old and cold... She denied my statement... We did not left the restaurant because we were hungry and I had a newborn with us... I am not planning on going back...
