I used to love this place but I just got treated unfairly and had the worst service without even an offer to discount my purchase or anything! I called in a breakfast bowl. Arrived there after 5 min. They were busy, but I called my order in. I still waited in line while this old men presumed to order his “usual” with the cashier and chatted with her despite the giant line. She said NOTHING! Then he just stood aside and basically stared them down until they made his drink first! There were call in orders that arrived just after me as well. I watched them make probably 6-8 drinks that they were finishing up for the call in order that came in before me . I watched them make everyone’s orders- everyone, whether call in or not. I waited over 30 minutes for a breakfast bowl that was minus the hash browns even! I did not even enjoy it because I was so tired. Had to add a lot of ketchup because the sausage was so spicy, and the sour cream curdled because they put it in with the scorching hot bowl- it was pre-packaged, I took it out of the bag as soon as I got it. I added a simple Italian soda while I waited. Didn’t get it until I got the bowl. No whipped cream! Isn’t that the point of an Italian soda?! I even mentioned it and she said it was her 3rd day and she said she “guessed not.” She did not attempt to make it right, didn’t even bother to ask the person who made it. I was so livid but so tired after working a very rough 12.5 hr night shift as a nurse that I just left. I had stars I could have used to have at least paid for the entire purchase, but she also neglected to tell me that. And shrugged her shoulders. The entire place had cleared out and I was the last one to receive my food , yes other ppl had ordered food too such as breakfast burritos. I’m going to order there for my shift tonight and go in and make my complaint before I order, then order and use my stars and make sure I get a decent Italian soda and I’ll get a coffee too, and food. I’ll stand there and stare them down until it’s all done and ensure I get mine prepared according to my order. This used to be my favorite coffee...

I used to visit this establishment all the time, almost every morning while we lived here and was so excited to go back on our vacation. Everyone used to be so welcoming and would great you when you walked in. Unfortunately my first visit yesterday the cashier did not even acknowledge my presence nor did the five other people standing in the front. One lady walking out expressed gratitude and again no acknowledgment just an uncomfortable silence. The blonde cashier took my order and proceeded to have an attitude of not wanting to even be there. I thought maybe it was a one day thing. Maybe a bad day. Decided to visit today to buy lunch for my family and coffee for me. Again walked in to no greeting and the group of people arguing over who was going to take my order. One girl stepped up to do so but it was such a terrible vibe that I ended up walking out. We moved here a week ago & this was the first place we found. Surprisingly huge breakfast & lunch menu for a coffee shop at the end of a strip mall (where Swenson's grocers are). Huge white chocolate & chocolate coffee drink selections, too. My latte came w/a nice coffee candy on top of the to-go lid. They make a mean strawberry smoothie. Very pleased with the quality. They will make you breakfast items even if breakfast ends at 11 am. But don't sleep on their deli lunch sandwiches, hot & cold, plus bagel sandwiches. When I ordered my hot roast beef w/green chiles, I could hear the oil frying for the crispy side french fries. The nice lady even offered to walk my order to my car.
