my name is Jonathan Barron. I travel to different Dunkin’s locations to help the company their distributors and customers I have traveled to this location today being my fourth time. I will start by saying floor manager Christina the three times out of the four times I’ve been to this location. She has been very helpful on serving me not knowing. I am a customer that travel to different locations to write reviews for the last three times she had needed to serve me. I was wondering why? I have been coming to this location” to see their service because I had noticed the reviews were low. The times I have traveled to this location. It has been a great experience. Christina has served me three times as I mentioned and she is a great floor manager that could use a little help requested by me to increase the funds to this location so she can hire new workers and add to payroll I am aware that there are three individual workers that call in absent, making it very hard for her to manage the floor with the lack of employees, the current employees that worked today April 8 at 8:42 AM we’re working very hard to keep up with all the customers that were in the store and the drive-through I seen 10 customers in the drive-through and nine customers in the store I was currently in the drive-through I had came into the location personally to order my coffee one of the employees that was operating the headset for a drive-through had attended the cashier at the front desk, which I believe would not be good for work effort due to the pile up in the drive-through and in the store cashier for front desk must be stationed at that location drive-through operators must be at their station as of placements to help the flow of customers and satisfaction as I had ordered my coffee the employee that took my order had accidentally loaded $50 but needed Christina to cancel the reload to add what I had requested to put on the employee that had took my order made this mistake, not on purpose due to the overwhelming of the pile up I was also recognized by another employee that was very polite and helpful to acknowledge that I was still in the location and asked if I needed anything I had said I would like to talk to Christina more about what she would need for the location to speed up the service for the customer satisfaction as I told her who I am, and what I do for the company, I write this not to get any of employees that currently work at this location in trouble they are absolutely great for this location. The reason of my review is to request that the company help with the funding of new employees to add to the location for different days of chefs for each employee, I will be traveling to this location for a while to see how the services change I also will be traveling to this location to see that the current employees that are working are still remaining here as they are great for this location. Read moreIt boggles my mind that this store continues to be as horrible as it has been since the day it opened. I come to this store once a week usually sometimes every other week. Always late morning.The past 4 out of 5 times they have been out of blueberry muffins specifically. First time ok....no biggie I took a different kind because that was all they had left and mistakes happen. Second time same thing so I took a corn muffin this time. (Dunks corn muffins suck in general by the way as a side note) Three weeks ago yayyyy they actually had one. The past 2 times same story except today I had enough when I was again offered a corn muffin because as the manager said they only got 2 blueberry last night. Asking for a refund she proceeded to stand in front of me at the register and explain to me how it is her responsibility to maximize the profits of the store and make sure she doesn't have product left over at the end of the night. (Oh so you def didn't order enough and lied about how many you got in) This was at 10am. I think there was plenty of time to sell a few more. First of all...shame on the owner of this location for having his/her managers so scared of shrink that they are making sure to run out of product rather than taking care of their customers. Second here is a free business management lesson for this manager.....you do not maximize profits by running out of a product that you sell. You maximize profits by selling more of your product...which you can't do when you run out of it brainiac. Your owner and/or DM sucks for not teaching you this and giving you the tools to track trends and know the amount of any particular product the you sell to make THEM money. That makes them morons and probably complacent in the amount of money you are making for them. They are not trying to improve the business by improving their employees. Complacency doesn't promote improvement which is probably what the problem has been for this store since it opened 20 years ago. I'm sure nobody cares from the owner to the manager but I will not be visiting this location any further. I will not give my money to someone who doesn't work to improve his business or the people who get out of bed bright and early every day to put money in his pocket. Read moreThis is, by far, the absolute worst Dunkin in all of New England. And as we all know as die-hard Dunkin coffee drinkers, that the bar is already set exceptionally low. They’re the only game in town, though, so they stay in business. Beware: if you order on the mobile app, they are likely to have run out of most things on the menu. In the few months I’ve been using this Dunkin, they haven’t been able to fill my mobile order due to running out of cream, and on two other occasions, running out of sandwich ingredients. Of course, once the order is paid for, there’s “nothing they can do.” Also, this picture sums up the customer experience quite nicely—even when they do have the ingredients, they just don’t care to do it right. This photo is of their “avocado toast with bacon.” I think it’s supposed to have everything seasoning as well. I really enjoyed the blob of avocado on the cardboard. The photo gave my friends a good laugh, anyway.
Also remember to load up your car with straws and napkins before your trip to this location, because they hardly every have those either.
