You need to train well if you want quality employees. With these prices you can afford to train well. **They need to watch videos on hand/glove awareness. They need feedback from manager. A girl making burgers reached into her shirt tugged her bra, touched her face with her finger, pulled her cell phone out of her pocket for 10 seconds, put it back and went back to touching food. DIDN'T CHANGE HER GLOVES. It doesn't matter if her clothes are clean, face is recently washed, and phone is sanitized. No customer is happy to see that and SHOULD assume the worst for their own safety that she is a dirtball Manager needs to say stop it! Go in the back to check your phone and come back with new gloves. Manager need to tell her to touch her face with a knuckle or back of hand so gloves don't need changed. Manager needs to have them review the sanitary food handling video. This stuff is basic and easy to make habit. It is bonkers that they are gross at the counter and look up at customers watching them and appear guiltless like everything is how it should be. Less important: a guy said while I was waiting that he was cooking the patties for my double now. Then he put the meat on the counter and announced double quarter! Then I stopped looking. I left and found I somehow had a single. LOL. Went back and they fixed it without trouble. ... but girl was still going from food to phone to food... sigh... I never had trouble being hands proper when I worked in food. I dont get it.

Read moreThis McDonalds is NOTORIOUS for making food that does NOT match your order. Food that is horribly prepared. Bad service in general. However, its the only McDonalds in the area. So you roll the dice if you choose to visit in the evenings. Granted its not always bad but more so than anywhere else I have visited. This evening my family and I got home late after visiting family and friends on this Good Friday. We decided to try our luck. When we arrived at home and opened our food this sandwich was one that we found. Clearly the ordered sandwich is not what was received. Not what was paid for. The condition of it is ridiculous as you can see in the photos. This had to have been done on purpose. Absolutely not acceptable and the employee responsible most certainly should be let go. This employee must be unhappy with their job. The drivethru was not overly busy. The ticket attached to the box clearly states what should be inside. It goes without saying the food inside should NOT have a Torn bun nor the meat. I called and spoke with a man who identified himself as Cody the Shift Mgr who offered to replace it if I returned to their store. Unfortunately that is not an option at this hour of the night with a sleepy family. He did give the Store MGR name of Melinda to speak to who he believes may work tomorrow. Extremely poor showing. Read morei placed a mobile order in the parking lot and then went thru the drive thru to pick it up. once i got to the second window they pulled me up with 4 other cars pulled in front of me so i already figured id be waiting awhile. all the other cars got their orders fairly quickly. Ace came to my car and asked what my order was again because they lost it. he went back in by that time they were extremely busy. i waited for the card to die down and by that time my order said it was placed 28 minutes ago when i checked my notifications. my kids were crying and ready to leave so i called and told them i had been waiting around 20 minutes for my food. Ace came out again and thats when he told me they lost my order. He apologized retook my order and told me he would be the one fixing it for me (which he did the food was all fresh, correct, and very good!) He is an amazing employee, has great customer service skills, and seriously deserves a raise!!! i have seen him there several times before and everytime he is always super sweet, friendly, and ALWAYS gets our order correct! he did an outstanding job and i applaud...
