McDonald's — Restaurant in Union City

UPDATE: Saturday June 28, 2025 Thank you McDonald's employees for making my iced coffee good! I very much enjoyed it! It's the little things. 🌟 🌟 🌟

UPDATE: Sunday June 8, 2025 (NO STAR) This McDonald's has changed so much! It's back to having it's reputation of wrong orders. Food thrown together. Waiting 20 minutes for an iced coffee that wasn't made right.. It has gone through so many change overs. (Ridiculous) employees with attitudes. Unprofessionalism. (if you don't want to work then dont) it's not very clean either! Bathrooms are dirty.. Some employees do drugs, but yet pass a drug screen, (fake urine)....... (NO STAR)

April 2024 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 4 star I usually go when managers Farren & Starla are working, everything usually goes good. The only person that ever cleans the tables, sweeps & mops is Barry, very nice gentleman! Ya'll keep up the awesome work & I'll keep coming back 🌟...

My sons go here very often and I keep hearing how they're getting treated worse and worse and even being taken advantage of because they're kids. 1 example would be when my 10 year old wanted a grimace meal so he could get the special grimace shake. After he ordered they said they couldn't make the grimace shake and he couldn't replace it with anything but a frozen coke. My kid's polite so he just went along with it for fear of embarrassment and confrontation. They gave him the $11 grimace meal with a small frozen coke instead of the milkshake which alone would've been about double the cost of the frozen coke. Anyway, my opinion is that the employee taking the order could've said they can't make the shake so it wouldn't make sense to spend that much when he would get what he ended up with for nearly...

FOOD is well mcdonald's there just all the same aren't they. Service is mediocre at best.There are a couple mangers in there that are together but in overall if u change one thing it'll be wrong a example is just a few days prior to thus posting I ordered chicken bacon ranch deluxe easy on sauce I got extra sauce and no bacon but they did replace it but after so many times you get burnt the atmosphere is also not great lots of kids work there which isn't a bad thing but there loud and don't really care if the lobby is full there still going to talk and play some times it really isn't appropriate family conversation so if I had toddlers anymore I wouldn't want to take them...
